Learn by doing, with support beside you

Classes combine live instruction with hands-on practice, so you try each tool yourself and get feedback while you learn.

  • Live instructor-led classes. Live programmes include instructor-led sessions and opportunities to ask questions; formats vary by course.
  • Real tools, real scenarios. You practise with the kinds of tools and tasks used in real workplaces, not just slides.
  • Project-based learning. Assignments and a capstone project give you work samples you can share with employers or clients.
  • Professional development. Communication, organisation and professional conduct are part of every programme, not an afterthought.

Learning Hub FAQs

Can't find your answer? Ask us.

Some programmes are designed for beginners, while others build on previous experience. Check each programme page for its intended audience.

Are classes live or self-paced?

Delivery formats vary by programme. Check the individual programme page for the current class format and schedule.

Will I receive a certificate?

Certificate details and completion requirements depend on the programme. Please check the programme enrolment page or contact AQUIVAIL for the current policy.

Do I need prior experience?

Not for the Virtual Assistant programme. You need a laptop or desktop computer, a reliable internet connection and time for live classes and assignments. Programmes for more experienced professionals say so on their page.

Does AQUIVAIL guarantee employment?

No. Our programmes build practical, workplace-ready skills and give you work you can show, but we do not guarantee employment or income. Results depend on your effort, experience and the opportunities you pursue.

What is your refund policy?

Refund terms are provided with the relevant programme before payment. Please contact hello@aquivail.com if you need clarification before enrolling.
